+ -1 moreI am not a fixer up type person so I need all the help I can get. When I walk into Stanley's I am very quickly asked 'what can I get for you today?and quot; or and quot;do you need help with anything?and quot; Everytime I go in there I come out with EXACTLY what I need and the knowledge of how to do it with the employee's advice and directions.
Description of Work: Purchased paint rollers and sandpaper and silicone for touchup work.

+ -1 moreThey are very friendly and well informed. If I have any questions they are happy to answer them. For a small hardware store they have the bulk of what I need in stock. I am pretty happy with them. They are far closer than any of the big chains and they are convenient. They are small enough that the staff will answer questions without problems. They are very assessable and there is always someone to talk to if I have a question.
Description of Work: I used Stanleys Hardware for plumbing supplies.

+ -1 moreAs friendly as a friendly neighborhood hardware store can get. You can't hide for 5 seconds without someone asking you if you can help them - and the kicker is that they actually know what they're talking about, unlike the big box stores. Ernie may very well be the friendliest guy on the planet. I really don't enjoy shopping ANYWHERE, but I always look forward to making a Stanley's run.
Description of Work: Unless it's something I'm buying in large quantity, I use Stanley's instead of Lowe's and Home Depot.
