They did not follow directions. When I called, they were sarcastic and said they could move it for an additional cost. I had a time line to get done and I had to have it moved. I was at work and specified what I did so no contact was needed. They came the next day and moved the dumpster to the driveway approximately 30-35 ft and charged me $100.00. I was promised a Saturday pick up. They were a no show. When I called I was told they were busy. They finally came early the following week. I called and left a message for someone to call me back. No one dd.

Tri-State was a pleasure to work with. We were moving and needed to get rid of a LOT of stuff. We were also on a tight time table. I called Tri-State and they were able to deliver the dumpster in just a few days. They placed it perfectly in the exact spot we wanted and picked it up right on schedule. Would definitely use again.

Provider arrived later than the promised window for both dropoff and pickup. Drivers were super professional in both cases. Slightly disappointed with the dropoff because the driver would not attempt to place the dumpster behind our property, leaving it instead on the driveway next to the house. This meant we couldn't use the parking behind our house while the dumpster was in place. Placing things in the dumpster was also somewhat awkward. All of that said, the service was generally fine and the price was on the lower end compared with quotes we got from other providers.

I did not know much about these containers and he was happy to answer all my question and concerns. I asked about pricing , which I thought was a very reasonable cost. I then told them I wanted to have the dumpster delivered on a specific and . They were happy to accommodate my schedule. The men came and dropped off the dumpster when say said and very polite and courteous. I called to have the container picked up. They were punctual upon arriving again. They said they were coming on a certain day and then they called and said if I was home they would be able to come and take the stuff earlier, because they were in the neighborhood. I said sure so they came and got the stuff. They were efficient and good. I couldn't ask for any more. They were good at returning the call. They did the job fast. They didn't dawdle or anything.

after numerous attempts to place a order for a dumpster i ran across a company called tri state that actually had a live person answer the phone instead of a autamated system. i was greeted on the phone by a gentelman named Richie who went out of his way to make sure i was provided the service i was looking for. i needed to have a dumpster at my property at 7am and picked up by 2pm the same day. Tri State dumpsters delivered what was promised and fulfilled my wishes! have to say great job by this company and look forward to using their services in the near future

They were honest about their pricing. They did a good job. Everything about them was prompt. I had to inform them a day in advance for the dumpster pick-up and they did it promptly.
