Description of Work: I used Tri-State Heating & Air Conditioning to repair my air conditioner.

Description of Work: The A/C unit on our roof was causing very loud vibrations that were waking us up. I called Joe to see if there was anything we could do to dampen the sound. He suggested putting stiff foam boards underneath and behind the A/C unit to distribute the vibrations better and reflect some of the sound. He explained that there he couldn't make it silent, by virtue of the way the unit was installed, but that this should make it much better, which it did! He also solved an annoying whistling sound our blower was making by simply adjusting a panel.

Description of Work: Stucco was loose on outside of vent and they never came back to fix it.

Description of Work: I am extremely satisfied with this company's response time and pricing especially since service was requested on a Sunday. I noticed my heat was not working in the morning. The thermostat was set to 65 degrees, but the room temperature read 50 degrees. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the pilot light was out on my gas fired heater. I tried to reset it several times, however it did not ignite. I called Tri State Heating and left a message. I received an immediate call back and that they could service my unit within 15 mins. They arrived quickly and fixed the problem within 30 mins. The thermocouple was replaced which was causing the pilot light not to light. They were quick, identified the problem immediately, had the part, replaced it and cleaned up. The service tech was very professional. Overall, I am impressed with their service and would highly recommend others to use this company.

Description of Work: I had a Mitsubishi Air and heating system in my first floor living room, dining room and kitchen and in all three bedrooms on the second floor. The job went smoothly with no snags or problems. I am very satisfied with the work that was done, and the high level of professionalism the contractor demonstrated. The interior units and the control thermostats that were installed are in a perfect location in all the rooms and they work better than I expected for both Air conditioning and heating.
