I contacted several companies and Ray was very prompt and appeared to be very knowledgeable. His prices were also very reasonable. We live in Columbus, OH, so I mailed the pieces to him. His turn around time was only about 2 weeks. I was THRILLED with the results. When I opened the package, the look of the new replated flatware took my breath away. I know my husband will LOVE this when he opens the package on Christmas morning. Ray was very easy to communicate with and did great work.
Description of Work: Replated 17 pieces of antique silver-plate flatware. These pieces were used on a daily basis by my husband. He's very sentimental and had received these from his grandmother. However, no silver plating remained. They looked terrible!!! Everyone had told me it was not cost effective to re-plate these because they could be purchased on ebay for only a few dollars each. Ray seemed to understand that these pieces couldn't be replaced because they were given to my husband by his grandmother. He understood the sentimental value.
