The first was due to me having to change my schedule, they absolutely were flexible and accommodating. From first contact, Mitchie (the manager) was responsive, and Jeff continued with that same attitude. It was very re-assuring. The second was the communication was clear and responsive. Don was the one who handled the communication; he was in touch every step of the way to let me know what happening, how it was being handled, what their timing was, and reassured me that they would be there to do the job. I felt completely comfortable. Don, Nick, Sean was my team; they were fantastic! They showed respect for each other as well as for me and my things. I appreciated how they worked together; even after a long day and loading the truck they kept a great attitude and worked very well together. Overall, I would say that everyone I worked with showed professionalism and worked smart to get the job done. The best thing was that the price was very reasonable and they did not try to extend the time and both movers were working. Trico was very patient with me in deciding how I would place the furniture. I would recommend trico long distance movers and use them again.

Both Adam and Gibson with Trico movers front office we so great with handling all my questions, scheduling my appointments and keeping me in the loop communication wise. Mr. Charley Anderson and his crew were so awesome with packing my home and loading everything on the trucks during the 2-day move out. I have never had movers pack me before and these guys were excellent! During the move into the new home, Mr. Charley Anderson and his crew (Fausto, Calvin, Devon,, and Nicholas) put every box and every piece of furniture exactly where I requested and worked quickly. During both the move out and move in, Mr. Charley and his crew arrived at the time they stated they would arrive and the estimates that Adam provided for time it would take for the packing, loading the truck/putting into storage, and taking out of storage/unloading the truck to my home was spot on. I have moved 7 times (including 2 other) and this experience was by far the best. I will only work with trico long distance movers if I ever have to move again!

Three guys helped us move out of Philadelphia, and two of them (Tony & Don) moved all of our things into our new home in IL in the next few days. It took about half day on each end to pack&move-in. Trico were very flexible about the move-in/move-out times and were highly professional movers. They helped us disassemble and reassemble several pieces of furniture, which we greatly appreciated. All of our valuables went through the transport with no significant damage. Moreover, their flat rate was quite reasonable. We're thankful to have found Trico for our long-distance move!

I had requested quotes from Trico Long Distance Movers and after comparing with lots of different companies, I decided to go with Trico Long Distance Movers. Not only did they offer me the low quote, but also was I impressed by their clients' reviews and David's prompt response. I was not disappointed. David even had gone out of his way to let me know an earlier slot was available for me on Saturday morning so that I could manage to move much earlier than expected. This made a stressful moving experience much easier and almost pleasant because the two guys literally took care of everything so nicely. Chris and Alex (not sure I got the name right) were great help and I will definitely recommend their service to other family members and friends, colleagues. This company offers the best available realistic quotes, they may not be the cheaper ones compare with those gum tree advertisers but they are licensed, insured and carry their duties with absolute professionalism. I was very pleased with this experience and would like to thank David and his staff.
