Triage Restoration

Terrible!!! They subcontract all their work and project manager by phone. The work shouldn't have taken more than a week or two at most but took 10 months before the insurance company finally kicked them off the project. Save yourself and hire someone else.

Started Jan2nd and they are still working on the project. They mostly hire 3rd party contractors and hardly ever send anybody to the site to see what they are doing. I complained about the guys not working more than four hour days and was told by Linda there is nothing they can do about it! After looking at some wall replacement in my basement and complaining about it they asked me why I waited until they were almost finished to say anything after agreeing it looked bad and tearing out all the walls they put up. One day the guys showed up with the new wall materials and asked me to sign off on the material (which they never did before) I refused so the guys (again 3rd party contractor) were outside in there truck on the phone with Triage I assume when I heard someone in my house, turns out the foreman had arrived and just let himself into my house and was walking around taking pictures of paint items that I complained about that needed to be fixed so I confronted him asking if he was taking pictures of the paint areas I had complained about so the painter could come back and fix them and he said no he was taking pictures to send to the insurance co. (presumably not of the areas I complained about). He said they were done painting and moving on to the other items in the contract so words were exchanged between the two of us until I asked him to leave because he started yelling at me. So to my demise they are still working in my house and State Farm has basically done nothing to help me with this terrible contractor. Do yourself a favor and pass on this contractor!!! Update the insurance company kicked them off the job and sent me a check to rip out the work they did (twice in the basement) and replace it with the contractor of my choice. Do yourself a favor and don't even think about working with this company.
