had a very bad leak in the back of the house . Call from the beginning of 2014 to 2015 no response. Had to take them to small claims court they did not show up in court . The judgement went in my behalf .Now i have to file a Writ of Execution. This company received all of their money at the beginning of the work and the balance at the end. they have no respect for their customers. Maybe this review will help somebody to make a smart decision about this company. my court date was July 2, 2015 and they still had 30 days after that to appeal. What do that say about this company, Now i have to search for a new roofing company to fix this roof and the room that is destroyed ,, and i need to pay again until i receive my money back from them.( and i had a 10 year quaratee) This is their Pledge to their customer WE PROMISE TO GIVE YOU SUPERIOR WORKMANSHIP ,USING QUALITY MATERIALS AT A REASONABLE PRICE . They didn't charge me for the service. They found where the leak was and told me what to do.

Prompt, professional and easy to deal with. They could take credit cards as a more convenient payment option. There was a very heavy rain a week later and the roof is good.

It went very well. It was a good experience. We called them up and they did the estimate. They told you when they were coming back and said you could be there or not. Then they leave the bill on the door. Everything took place the day they said it would.

This year in Jan. 2014 my home had a very bad leak in one of my bedrooms. My bedroom ceiling and floor was destroy. My home owner insurance is waiting to service my claim, but Trama Roofing needs to repair or fix the problem so this will not happen again . I have called them from the very beginning of the problem and they have not done a thing but tell me they will contact me and they don't . I will have to get a roofing inspector to look at my roof if I take them to small claim court. My warranty is current on my roof.I still have quite a few more years. Well as of today Trama Roofing (3/23/2014) has not done a thing. If they believe in their warranty they should fix the problem so I can make the repair in my bedroom.

They were very professional and punctual when doing job. It rained very hard and skylight was not sealed properly and water poured thru my skylight on Labor Day after I just got work done to my bathroom. It poured thru bathroom and went thru ceiling into living room. I called them but it was a holiday, they did return my call on Tuesday, they came out on Wednesday and resealed roof. They absolutely refused to pay for inside damage, and began to duck my phone calls. I am in the process of going thru insurance company to pay for repairs and I am also thinking about small claims court. I went with Trama Roofing due to reputation, but I would never recommend them and I am still disgusted because now my floors and damaged in bathroom and I have to pay to get the work done on my own.

It was great. They watch the weather and will call when they can come. I was very pleased.

I had this work done back in September of 2006, but if Angie's List was around back then, I wasn't a member. I recently found a receipt with a detailed description of the work that was done, so despite the fact that this work on my roof was done 7 years ago, I thought it was still worthy of a glowing review. I had a shed kitchen with a really bad leak. I called Trama Roofing because I live close to them and I would see their trucks in the neighborhood. They came out, surveyed the damage, quoted me a price to have it fixed (it was pretty reasonable), they came out and repaired my roof. A flawless transaction. 7 years later, the roof is still leak free. I'm about to call them again to cover any cracks or weak spots in preparation for winter. I will come back here on Angie's list to tell you all what a fantastic job they did. Trama Roofing gets the job done.

It was a pleasure dealing with Trama Roofing. They do excellent work, they’re professional, punctual, and courteous. The roof on my daughter’s recently-purchased house was in terrible condition and needed immediate attention, so I called Trama Roofing. They repaired the entire roof at a reasonable price. They are honest and reasonable. They do excellent work. If the work is not to your satisfaction, you have no problem getting them to come at. They will work till they resolve the problem.
