Definitely professional and easy to work with from beginning to end. Very thorough work - even cleaned up behind the kitchen appliances that were moved out! Used poison behind appliances and then closed up all the little entry holes -- no more problem!

We don't have an ant problem now.

Our technician was helpful and very prompt. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole extermination process to me. He showed me the problem areas and made some suggestions on what we could do to prevent mice from entering our kitchen. He was also very neat and cleaned everything up. He spent two and a half hours at our house and I thought the price for the amount of work he did to be very reasonable.

100% would recommend Town & Country. Start to finish, great people to deal with. After an initial phone call explaining my issue, we booked a date for service. Eric was on time and called when he was on his way. He explained our issue completely and performed the service of putting 'poisoned bait' in our ceiling to take care of the mouse issue. He was in and out in less that 1 hour. Super nice people on the phone and in person. That's why I would recommend them again to anyone who will listen.

I was very pleased. It was explained that the German roaches can be hard to remove but they did a fantastic job. I have not seen them since. And they had also taken care of the ants. I am very happy--and I am very late writing this review so that shows they haven't come back

Excellent! Eric was helpful and thorough. He walked me through everything that he was doing - and boy oh boy - what a great price! I scheduled my follow up for 60 days post - initial and have already had my second appointment. Everything about Towne & Country is exceptional - what a great find!

I contacted Town & Country because we were having a problem with an ant infestation. We also knew that there was an occasional mouse in the kitchen but living in Center City that's to be expected. It wasnt until I was attempting to follow the trail of ants that I found mouse droppings on the countertop and decided to contact an exterminator. I called and left a message to schedule the original consultation/appointment. I received a return call later that afternoon and had an appointment scheduled for the follow day. The technician Eric arrived promptly the next day (8/9/16). Was polite and professional. He pulled out my kitchen appliances (stove, dishwasher and fridge) and checked under the kitchen sink. He found the areas that he suspected the mice were coming in and inserted blocks of poison behind those appliances. He then sprayed our kitchen (and asked if I wanted any other areas of the apartment sprayed although that wasn't necessary) with a lemon spray to deter the ants. He then spent about ten minutes explaining everything that he did, how the chemicals that he used are supposed to work and answered any questions I had regarding the safety of using the products in my kitchen. The initial visit was $85 which I assume is reasonable. I don't know anything about exterminating quotes but that was less than I was expecting. He also told me that they would be contacting me in a couple of weeks to see if a followup appointment would be necessary to close any holes in the wall behind the appliances once the poison had a chance to work. I have yet to see a single ant but did see another mouse a week later so I called the following day to schedule the follow up (8/10/16). I had to leave a voicemail when I called and did not receive a call back to reschedule. I then called again later that week (almost two weeks since the original appointment) and scheduled the follow up but they didn't have availability until 9/2/16 but I went ahead and scheduled for 1 pm. The company called me around 8 pm two nights before my follow up but I work evenings and couldn't return the phone call till the next morning around 10am. By that time, they had already scheduled someone for my original appointment time because "they had to cover themselves" and my appointment had been pushed back to later in the afternoon. Thankfully my husband was going to be home and we didn't have any plans. When Eric came back for the followup on 9/2/16 everything went uneventfully (except for that it was later than I had originally scheduled) and he sealed all the holes in the kitchen for $65. We haven't had any problems since. Overall, I was very happy with this company. Its a small, family owned business which I like and although I can understand why they would try to keep their schedule as full as possible, I was upset that I was rescheduled because I didn't want to return their call at midnight when I got home that evening. Hopefully I wont be needing their services again any time soon but if I do, I would use them again.

Why didn't I call sooner? The cost of the damage those little suckers did far outweighed the cost of the service. Throwing away my two favorite cashmere sweaters was what pushed me over the edge. Eric said it would take a bit of time for the moth treatment to take effect (spray and odor-free hang tabs), and to expect to see a few stray moths for a few days/a week. I'll come back with an update later. In the meantime, Eric came out quickly after I called and arrived on time for the appointment. One thing I very much appreciated was that the company specializes in city locations--there was no grousing about parking or inconvenience of having a Center City client. Eric explained what he was going to do and then, after he finished treating, he told me where he noted the worst infestation and told me where he had placed tabs. Thanks, Towne & Country....

Was quite impressed with the initial visit, Eric was very thorough he actually moved out appliances fully! more than i've seen with a couple other pest control companies i've had. He even pulled out part of the lower vinyl covering above floor to put bait under floorboard, put multiple baits inside radiators as well as stickies thoughout the entire house. He was polite, friendly, punctual..and also honest to say with mice there is no complete cure as it always depends on the houses surrounding you..but that i understand. I thought the price reasonable. But i am awaiting the follow up as the main reason i looked into this company is that they will come backing within a week or two to plug holes they've seen in their examination. I was happy to see one was caught the nite he left but also i have one stubborn mouse who is terrorizing me..LOL I've never had this problem thru my entire life long time here for ages but more recent its become a neighborhood problem. Like i said..i was impressed and pleased BUT that said i still am waiting on their return to have the problem of the openings taken care of. I hope to return to complete this review but i think they are worth the money and a good chance of getting rid of the horror of pest problem. Second visit by Eric, again very pleased did a lot in filling a few holes, putting steel wool under an area..did catch three mice..and again put more bait & stickies. I can't ask for more..i think this will in a bit of time..fix the problem or at least make this problem far and inbetween.. they don't push their services w/contracts etc. Eric will do another follow up in a couple months. Again highly recommended.

They were very busy and I had to make an appointment for 1- 1/2 weeks from day of call. The exterminator showed up a few minutes before scheduled appointment. He listened to the problem, checked the.areas involved, and explained the cause and treatment. He took his time to thorouly treat the areas.

Eric was punctual, courteous, and polite. Plus his dad (who answers the phone when you call) is hilarious! Price was very reasonable. Hopefully I will never need a bee exterminator again but if I do I would definitely call Towne and Country.

Proof is in the pudding - if I remember to call them every three months as they recommend (retreats are affordable) then we never see a mouse, never have a problem.

Called on Friday and had an exterminator come to my house in CC the next morning. Eric identified a few openings where the bees were coming in from and then treated the exposed wood in our basement. Very fair pricing. Will definitely hire again and recommend to others!

I first discussed our carpenter bee situation with Joseph the founder of Town and Country. I came to learn about all the education behind their knowledge of these pests. The father and son (Eric) team both studied Entomology at Penn State. They knew exactly what to do and could explain the breeding habits of the bees to me. The day of treatment, Eric was prompt and prepared to scale my three story apartment in Center City. He was quick and thorough. The pricing is very fair. I would use them again. And have now recommended them to my neighbor who might have suffered the wrath of my bees relocating to a new home. Thanks again.

1st visit: Came at the scheduled time and examined the above issues. Explained what needed to happen and how much it would cost. 2nd visit: Came back and did exactly what was before stated. Very courteous, punctual and tidy.

Town and Country responded immediately to my request for service. Joe was very polite on the phone and was up front and honest that his son already had a full afternoon but would try to squeeze me in. They managed to fit me in at the end of the day on only a few hours notice. Eric showed up and immediately found the mice responsible for the squeaking that I was hearing. He then performed a thorough walk through of my newly purchased house identifying and sealing any potential problem areas. He also left some anticoagulant rodenticide in the openings and in usual problem areas, just in case any additional intruders find their way in. Throughout the process he gave me some tips and was overall very pleasant. Hopefully I won't have any more problems but if I do, I'll be sure to call Towne and Country.

Joe is a professional entomologist. If I ever see something, I call them for a special visit, or just let them know when they come for their monthly check up. They are reliable and I would recommend them to anyone! They call ahead of time to confirm that they are coming.
