They did a decent job on one instance but it took a long time to get a refund on the microwave. The plumbing job went fine however.

I have never been more outraged and frustrated with a company in my life. I bought two warranties for my home and rental house. Plenty has gone wrong since I bought these policies, and I have only received, at most $400 for an central air system, water heater, microwave, range, and plumbing issues. This company consistently finds a reason to not pay their claims. Even when they do say they'll pay something, the checks rarely come, and if they do, it's months after the fact. This company is dishonest and a scam.... do NOT buy a policy through them, you will be very sorry you did.

THE PLUMBER WAS GREAT AND DID A GOOD JOB

The repairman came out and I paid him the $45 fee he completed the work and called Total Home Protection. They tell him they are not paying for a pipe to be replaced because was rush on it, they only paid for the new pipe. The repairman said this is how this company do, never want to pay. I talked with them THP and was told I was not covered. I ask what am I cover on basically, nothing. So I canceled my warranty and was told to mail in the receipt for my reimbursement of the service call fee of $45. I did never hear back from them THP. Called and faxed the forms 2weeks later I call and was told it will take 30 days. The 32 day I call and was told it was mailed out and I should receive it this week. 42days no reimbursement check. I called and was told by Total Home Protection I will not be receiving my money because I canceled my warranty. They are keeping my money, my service fee. And when I canceled the warranty I had just paid my premium of $54, five days before. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY SCAM ( TOTAL HOME PROTECTION )
