 + -1 moreAn appointment was made for early morning. The time came and went yet no technician arrived. When we called to inquire about what time we could expect someone, we were told that "they forgot" and would have to reschedule. Another appointment was made for a few days later with an afternoon window (over 3 hours). Yet again, no one showed up. In both cases, no one from Tony's Glass ever called to cancel the appointment or state that they would need to reschedule.
Description of Work: We called Tony's Glass for an estimate on a shattered glass door.

 + -1 moreThe glass looks fabulous, it was a little expensive for my taste. Also getting them to deliver it was a pain and they don't have late hours to pick it up.

 + -1 moreThey were very accommodating and came to do the work at the time I requested. They were punctual, did a quick and thorough job, and cleaned up at the end.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken window pane in the front door and a bedroom window. Also replaced a storm window.

Description of Work: I called to ask if Tony's Glass Works would send someone to my house to repair a broken pane of glass in a large window that would be difficult to remove. The company representative said she'd put my name on a list and that when one of the technicians planned to be in my neighborhood, she'd get in touch to schedule the job. I called a week later and was told curtly that I was "on the list." That was a month ago. I don't expect to hear from this company. If the job is too small, they should just say so up front. If they don't do small jobs, I won't hire them to do big ones.

 + -1 moreOnly took about a week. Very nice to work with and called as expected when ready. Helped me load the car and gave tips on traveling with glass and unloading. Location is a tiny street in Manayunk so just be sure to look at a map and leave time for getting there. Would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Made glass tops for 2 new dressers. Offered to come out to my home to measure but I live a bit out of their normal radius. Despite the distance they still seemed willing, but these aren't fancy dressers so I just gave precise measurements over the phone. I don't know much about glass so I assume this is a fair price for the size of the dressers (somewhat large).

Description of Work: Tony cut and fitted five glass cabinet doors for me while I waited.
