Description of Work: We didn't have an emergency, so Nick was able to sell us a new lock and walk us through how to install it, without having to come out, which would have cost another $100. Honest, helpful and professional. Thank you!!

Description of Work: I called Todaro to re-do all my locks since my front door lock was sticking and they had replaced all the locks three years earlier to my satisfaction. I got a prompt reply and scheduled an appointment for the following week. My locksmith arrived on time for a morning appointment and told me he would fix the lock instead of replacing them all again - it took less than an hour and my lock is back to working like new. I appreciate Todaro's locksmith's knowledge about my old lock and professionalism when explaining what we can do during both visits. He seems to really enjoy his job and is knowledgeable about different lock types, old and new, which makes me feel comfortable that I'm getting great service.

Description of Work: The locksmith came and he was incredible... He first checked out all the doors I needed locks made for/locks fixed and quoted me- then he started to work. He literally changed the keys on my front door (both locks) and put a new door knob on the garage door (matching the front) in a matter of minutes!! He then fixed the back door and double doors off our bedroom and didnt charge us for this. He was incredibly professional, timely and honest. Would use again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: In an emergency situation, Todaro Locksmith was able to come out to my home the same day I called and change all my locks. He was responsive, professional and even brought several copies of the new key.

Description of Work: The lock was loose in the door. I had asked for the locksmith to replace or repair the lock so that it would be tight and safe. He basically glued the handle back on to the door. I was not present for the visit so I cannot give more details than what was relayed to me.
