I had water coming in through a third story window that multiple contractors told me was the result of a roof leak. Several told me I would have to completely replace a 4 year old roof. Ted came and spent three hours investigating before he found the source of the water: a nail that had created a hole in the stucco, easily repaired. Instead of several thousand dollars, I only needed to pay several hundred dollars. The repair was beautifully done, including repair of damage to the drywall. It's been months and not a drop of water inside my house. I so appreciated Ted's professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness to my calls, reasonable pricing, and especially his persistence in finding the real source of the problem. I will use him again for any home repairs in the future!

Ted was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. His initial approach was to find out the approximate budget we were working with. He then made suggestions and worked with us to prioritize elements of the job so that we were able to agree on a realistic budget for the entire kitchen renovation. Note that the cost listed above represents only the labor and some materials (electrical, paint, wood work, etc.) for the entire project. The total cost for the entire renovation was close to $32,000, including labor, appliances, and all materials. He and his crew were efficient throughout the job. He clearly communicated with us regarding everything, from minor details to the overall flow and schedule of the work. He was accessible when we wanted to speak with him, even at night and/or on weekends. He was ON SCHEDULE and ON BUDGET. Equally important, the quality of the work he and his crew completed is superb.
