+ -1 moreWe have used Mike for over 10 yrs. We first dealt with him as a contrat repair man for suburban gas works. After that we dropped the contract with suburban gas works and went with three Valley. Since that time he has replaced our boiler system. Mike has come out on short notice (like an hour or two) on a holiday weekend to fix stuck overflow value that flooded basement. He has recently replaced the surge tank (38 yrs old). In general we tell Mike if we think we have an emergency or it can wait and he rtesponds accordingly. But for non-emergencies he has come oout within 24-48hrs and a true emergency it occurs the same day. We are planning an addition and mike will do the heating and AC.
Description of Work: We have a three loop hot water baseboard heating system that developed a leak in the top loop. The shock absorber system on the line developed a leak. Mike after seeing the problem had to place a special order to obtain the replacement part. He installed the unit the next day and than bled down the system.

+ -1 moreHE'S THE KIND OF PERSON THAT EVEN IF HE IS MORE PRICEY I WOULD STILL USE HIM BECAUSE I KNOW HE WILL DO WHAT HE SAYS HE'S GOING TO DO. VERY TRUSTWORTHY. HE WON'T SELL YOU SOMETHING IF YOU DON'T NEED IT.
Description of Work: HE'S BEEN SERVICING OUR HEATING/AC FOR YEARS. LAST VISIT WAS FOR A PROBLEM WITH A/C. MIKE FIXED IT.
