The woman I coordinated with, Lanie, was extremely courteous, responsive and honest. I truly felt like a valued customer before I even hired them. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Plus, her response time was immediate.

They were on time (actual a little earlier - love that), very courteous and did a fabulous job. You need any of their services, don't think twice - hire them. You will be pleased. Highly Recommended !!

This was the first time I contracted Kings Gutters. I was happy with the service of the crew. They did excellent & thorough job, cleaned-up after completion and were courteous. I will hiore them for my next gutter cleaning. Also, customer service person, Lenni, was very courteous and kept me informed when the crew will be arriving.

They were thorough, left the driveway and all paved areas spotless, clear of leaves (not only what they cleaned from gutters), and even though I was the last appointment of the day (around 6) they took their time to finish the job!

Although they were late they let me know so it was fine. They were thorough, efficient and cleaned up well after themselves.

Tried to get this work done when it was not drizzling. In our case the technician will come back to fix leaks at/on two places.

- Responded with an hour to my online request with an emailed estimate and proof of insurance - Gave a great price - Showed up on time - Work was done quickly with no issues, and no mess - Customer service sales staff and workers were professional and friendly - Several people on my block signed up together to get our gutters cleaned (4 families). King Gutters finished everyone in about 2 hours and no complaints from anyone. Highly recommended.

I received a call @2:20pm advising me that my appt ,originally scheduled for 5pm, could be moved up to 3:15pm, if we were available. The workers showed up, got right to work,cleaned the gutters and installed gutter guard in about 90 mins, in spite of a steady rain. The work was excellent and the price was more than fair!

They were awesome, receptionist lenny was very professional goes on Google earth to check out your property. The gentleman that did the work even cleaned the side of my house and picked up all the trash, will definitely hire them again in the near future...

The workers explained exactly what they were going to do. Then they performed the work in a very professional manner. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Excellent service. I will hire them next year for sure.
