The team who came were professional, polite, did a through job, and cleaned up all the yard waste. Since we have had two downpours since our gutters were cleaned, I really appreciate the excellent work they performed. Thank you!

Came and gave me an estimate to power wash my roof and replace a gutter and replace the gutter guards and repair some down spouts. Pricing was very good and Jose said he would clean my gutters on the spot for a very fair price. He did a great job, cleaned upped afterwards. They are coming back to do the gutter and the guards and give me a price on power washing the whole house. I read the reviews so that is why I called them in the first place but you can't beat their price and I am using them again because of performance.

Totally happy about the work, already have them to call me in June next year to arrange the time to clean the gutters and roof top.

Although the two workers were not fluent in English & had to call the "boss" for translations to a couple of my questions, they did a great job & were very pleasant. Even though I had hired them to shampoo(power wash) the front portion of the roof, they noticed that a few roof cap shingles were missing. They asked if I had any extra shingles, which I did, They installed them at no additional charge. A few years ago, I had to have a much smaller roof area(about 1/2) shampooed & that outfit charged me $10 more than "The King..." did for twice the area. Also, they actually arrived about a 1/2 hour early. On time, pleasant, go the extra mile, great price. Can't ask for more than that. As these roof stains appear every few years, I'll definitely be calling them again.

There was a bit of a language barrier but not a major problem in my opinion. The job was done within a few days of my initial contact. The workers were very friendly and they cleaned up as they had promised. Excellent job. Very professional.
