Description of Work: The correct name is "Energy Cooperative". This is a fuel co-op non-profit organization. It is membership-based. There is a $20.00 annual fee. Through membership we get a reduced rate on heating oil. There is also an electricity co-op and green energy co-op. We have been members for over 10 years and highly recommend the association to others.

Description of Work: I used the energy coop for heating oil and heater service. The energy coop doesn't provide the oil or the service, but rather has a contracts with a local company to do it. The service and oil prices were okay, but depend on the local company that provides them. The energy coop switched local companies and the new company didn't provide adequate service and the oil price increased (the delievery charge above the wholesale price). I had problems with my heater, and when the new company didn't respond adequately, I switched to another oil company.
