I have been searching for a new cleaning person and have been very tentative about inviting someone I don't know into my home. I searched both on Yelp and Angie's List, word of mouth from neighbors, et al. Donna does not have any reviews on Angies' List, but she appeared on Yelp. She did get high marks and I decided to email her with questions about the areas she worked in and to get an approx. cost for service. She responded back to each of my emails in a very timely manner, acted professional and it has been a pleasant experience so far. Due to my time constraints -------I have not had Donna to my home to clean yet. But hope to get something scheduled soon.
Description of Work: Very quick to respond to my request for services.......................through YELP!
