+ 2 moreAndriy does good work for a good price and is a great guy to work with as well. He's willing to do small and large jobs, repairs or remodels. If he finds an issue, he discusses it with you and will address it the way you want. He is a hard worker, cleans up after he works and is flexible with his hours (numerous week night and Saturday jobs with us). He's done tile, concrete work, sheetrock, wood and metal stud structure, and minor electrical with us and all very successful. I would highly recommend him and will definitely continue to use him again in the future!
Description of Work: Multiple jobs over 3 years: - repaired leaky tub plumbing and the sheet rock popcorn ceiling below the leak, then primed and painted - repaired ceiling sheet rock after a roof leak, then primed and painted. - installed new pull-down attic steps (removed and disposed of old ones) - full basement remodel: demo existing, removed debris, built new dividing wall, added electrical and cable outlets, hung, spackled and sanded drywall, installed doors, installed, installed trim, primed all + built custom shelving in closet, installed vinyl tile floor. - installed ceramic and glass tile backsplash in kitchen.
