Tom was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was done without any mess or disturbance. Tom is now running the company under a new name "Finn Mechanical" after having been a partner for 14 years with Jerry Schiavo at Temp-Rite, who just retired. We will continue to use Finn Mechanical including for a project the coming spring.

Since my service call was last minute, and there had been a recent power outage affecting quite a few of their clients, Temp Rite told me they'll definitely come out today, but that it would be afternoon depending on how things went with the other calls. They did a great job of calling me several times to let me know where my technician was, and a best estimate of when he'd get out to me. When the technician arrived, he diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, and explained in detail what caused the problem and how he fixed it. While he was there, he answered a few other questions I had about the systems, and we set up a future maintenance appointment to address some questions about maintaining them going forward. and gt;and gt;and gt;The bottom line - never had a bad experience with these guys, they stand by their products, and they do a great job servicing and communicating when their is a problem. - highly recommend.

They were great. They really knew what they were doing. They were very professional. They answered all my questions. They were good at everything. I definitely would use them again.
