Description of Work: My wife was having trouble with her iMac that got progressively worse. Tried a few of the suggested fixes from various sites. No luck. So I consulted Angie and Chris Taylor was the nearest. I called him, received a quick return call, made arrangements to drop the unit off at his home. He called with a diagnosis and a quote which seemed reasonable to replace the bad hard drive, get most of the data from the bad HD and install it on the new. He also upgraded the RAM and OS and more.
