He seems very knowledgeable. The time frame didn't work out; he was busy when I needed the job done. He seem to be a nice enough guy; answered my questions. I took down his number for any future projects I might need.

Response to initial call was very prompt. Tom gave us a workable estimate and his crew appeared for work at the designated day and time. They got to work right away and did an excellent job of repairing the drywall and painting all areas we needed done. The chair rail was installed and was done very well. Due to a miscommunication with an employee, the caulking on the bath tub took much longer than expected and even though Tom lost money on the job, he never increased the price we were initially given. Tom took the time to insure that we were satisfied with all the projects we contracted for. I couldn't have asked for more fair and honest contractor. We are very pleased with this outcome.

Tom and his crew were great. They showed up on time every single day. They did really good work and made sure to clean up after every day (which made my wife very happy). They did a variety of jobs for us and made the whole experience very pleasurable. We had gone through several contractors in trying to finish our basement/bathroom. Tom actually came in and not only finished the jobs they had started but corrected many of their mistakes and now our basement/bathroom look terrific. They also did a terrific job of repairing the ceiling and walls in our bedroom and then painting it. It's like we have an entire new Master bedroom. I would definitely use Tom and his crew again.

So far we had a good experience dealing with them. The guy that came out knew what he was talking about when he described to me what was out and he explained everything very well. They responded very quickly to us. We're gonna be using their service in a couple of days.

I've been looking for an all around handyman to accomplish several projects in my home. I was impressed with the reviews for TAD Remodeling and decided to do a few of my projects with this buisness. Tom responded to my initial phone call prmptly and within a few days I had an estimate in hand. The day of the work Tom and his crew arrived on time and got to work quickly. The installation of the pendant lights went smoothly and they really enhance the transition between floors. The paint on the walls and ceiling is flawless and between the paint and lights the whole area has been enhanced.

Tom was top notch from the first phone call to the finishing details. Very nice guy, very professional job. Did what he promised at a reasonable price. Had a minor mistake that was corrected promptly with no hassle. He will be our go to guy in the future.

In 2007 TAD bid on a 3 bedroom Victorian total remodel and update, including opening the floor plan, replacing plumbing and electric, and new windows. Though Tom Demarco's bid was not the lowest, he saw things and made suggestions about preserving/enhancing the Victorian features that other contractors did not. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and gave me a very detailed and specific estimate. He also made suggestions about where (in the house) to spend my money an where to wait for a later time. TAD stripped the 100 year old kitchen down to the beams and studs. TAD added a laundry room. TAD opened the floor and recreated 2 archways to match the existing one. Tom collaborated with me every step of the way. MY FAVORITE THING about Tom was he never said "You can't do that." He always said, "If can be done, I'll figure it out." TAD finished the job a week early. I have used him ever since on large and small projects.

On time, profressiona. Everything was good. And he was willing to work with me on the prices

They showed up when expected, and installed all the fixtures promptly. They also worked fast in order to accommodate our additional request for them to finish installing some hardwood floors that just took us longer than the weekend we had allocated to them.
