This was the first time that I had used them and the service was very good. The outfit was very good and they were timely. The people were nice that did the work and they would answer any questions that you had. I was very pleased with them.

They were very professional. They came within a couple of days after I called and were very detailed about the job.

We had tried to get another brick pointer out and we had a lot of problems. I then fired that company and tried to find a new company. All of the companies I contacted either didn't want to touch it or wanted to do little patch jobs. All of the prices were high and wouldn't make the house look uniform or secure. After months of this none sense, I found Joe Zelthner, the owner of Superior. He came out and told me what he would do and what he wouldn't do, everything he said sounded very reasonable. I expected a high price, but he came in with a very fair price with little to no haggling. He gave me an excellent price for exactly what I needed to have done. We were in complete agreement. He tuck pointed the entire back of the house, he ground out everything that the old company did improperly. He also tuck pointed the entire side of the house. Tuck pointing the side turned into a bigger job than we had expected but he didn't raise the price. Joe and his crew came out and completed the work within 2 days, the previous company I had hired did a terrible job and was out working on the house for over a month. They even cleaned up the mess that the previous company had left all over my property. Joe also caulked all of the windows on the house. They matched the mortar perfectly, he had warned me that the mortar might not match exactly because the house is so old. He really did a beautiful job, you can not tell that the mortar and brick aren't the same color. I highly recommend him and have referred him to several people that I know. I plan to hire him again sometime this year to secure the stone work at the bottom of our house.
