Studio 111 Architecture

Description of Work: 3 custom bathrooms. The design work was great. The construction had a few time overages but the quality was good.

Description of Work: We have contracted with this company to begin a large remodel of our home, but the construction will not take place until Spring. I'll be happy to rerate Studio 111 once we've completed the project. So far our experience with them has been very positive. We look forward to working with them.

Description of Work: I spoke to them on the phone about the best course of action for my situation, even tho they were not the company that I needed for my particular situation, they were very helpful with giving me advice and a plan of action. I thought it was great that they took the time out of their day to talk to me, even tho I was not using them for the work. Great customer service, thanks so much!.

Description of Work: JP of Studio 111 designed plans for our city roof deck. JP conveniently met us in our home and was always punctual as well as professional. His architectural plans were completed before each deadline, neatly and with detail. JP discussed the plans with us, and modified the plans accordingly. He attended any zoning meetings that were necessary and coached us through the planning process of building a roof deck in Philadelphia. JP also met with the contractors before and during the building process. We had a wonderful experience working with Studio 111, and are thoroughly enjoying our finished product. Thank you, JP!

Description of Work: Leaking bathroom fixtures repaired and replaced

Description of Work: We engaged Studio 111 for an end-to-end kitchen remodeling, from design services through every phase of construction. Studio 111 tackled significant pieces of work themselves, including framing and carpentry; they also engaged and managed a number of subcontractors including electricians, plumbers, painters and tilers. We immediately felt comfortable with JP and his team, as they seemed to quickly understand our objectives for the project as well as our design sensibility -- something we have found is an absolute necessity for this type of project. Our confidence was well founded, as the Studio 111 team delivered our completed kitchen -- which we love -- on time and on budget. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
