+ -1 moreI called Stevens Heating on a Saturday morning after our heat went out. Within an hour Michael called me and walked me through a test of the heater. He then arrived in the late afternoon and fixed the heater (he brought the right part with him). We appreciated his expertise and that he fit us in so promptly on a weekend. The fee seemed high, but that was due to the emergency/weekend basis and the fact we were not on a service plan.

+ -1 moreThey do a spring and fall checkup. It is a warranty that I pay for every year. Quality is good. I have never compared the price to any other company. I've been using them for at least 20 years. They are a very good company. They clean up great. Clean up and professionalism is great.

He has never talked me into anything that I don't need and all his employees are good. I pay an annual fee and they come out twice a year to check the system.

Description of Work: I called Stevens Air Conditioning for my central airconditioner at home. They sent a service man out and with in 20 minutes the problem was diagnosed. The repair was completed 30 minutes later.
