+ -1 moreSteve has helped me with a number of issues over the last 6 years. Leaking toilets, new water heater, sump pump replacement, etc. He is always responsive and fairly priced. He even helped me this last time via text and I was able to solve my own issue. I am constantly referring him to friends who are just as happy. Highly Recommend Steve.

+ -1 moreJuly 4 leak: an apatment in the 2d floor reported waer coming from light fixure in the bathroom. It turns out that the guildy paty was the 3d floor apartment directly above it. However, the tenant in the apartment had left for the hoiday. We called Steve right away. he was grilling in his backyard but came over right away. He assessed the situation and fixed the leak.
Description of Work: Steven is the plumber that our building association calls when we have a poblem. He is not only prompt but very gracious. He came one July 4th to fix a leak in one of the apatments. His prices are very competitive and he will come when he says he is going to come. He is a small businessman but is terrific.

+ -1 moreStephen Spears is reasonable and comes to help out in our condo complex whenever I need him. There was a leak in a neighboring apartment on the fourth of July and he came within the hour. It was absolutely amazing.
Description of Work: I last had to call Stephen Spears because there was a leak in an apartment that needed to be fixed.

+ -1 moreSteven Spears does plumbing and heating so I do not have to look for different people to do these two different jobs. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He loves his work. He is a dedicated professional. He is relatively young and so he is going to be around for a while. When he does a job and it does not work, he does not charge for it. I had a thermostat installed and it did not work. He came back and replaced it and did not charge me for it. He explains things clearly.
Description of Work: Steven Spears is my plumber. He was recommended to me by the former owner of my house and she is very discriminating.
