Nick installed a new roof on my house. It was an excellent experience. In a time where contractors of all trades are stretched thin from high demand (and at times laziness), he came to inspect the roof on 2 daysâ notice, and had the roof installed the next week. FANTASTIC! He provided pictures before the work and after to show comparison, as well as detailed what work him and his team did. He also offers a warranty of his work for multiple years and offered to come perform inspections in the future to help me keep the roof in good condition. As a new home owner and someone who appreciates great service, I want to give some more perspective on the experience. I had a roof leak in the back corner of my 3 story house so I called 3 different roofers to inspect the issue. Nick was the only guy to come and actually step on a ladder and see up close the issue on the roof. Was fully expecting the other guys to at least get on a ladder, but they were comfortable giving me an opinion and price estimate from the back patio (CRAZY)! He not only looked directly at the leak area, but inspected my roof in full without me even asking him. Not to mention, out of the 3 estimates I received, Nick provided the most value with his cost since I now have a brand new roof with a great warranty package. Point is, I feel like I constantly have to beg and plead with expert contractors to give them my business in return for a fair and honest price. Stephenson Family Roofing was the first experience I have had where I felt the contractor was truly looking out in my best interest. Relative to my experience, they took the extra steps to provide me an honest service, and that truly is what I paid for. Nick from Stephenson was AWESOME, and we're immediately hiring him again for another job on a different roof. For roofers, trust and commination are the most important things to us, and Nick was A+++ at BOTH. He was early to appointments, communicated with us at every point, and was quick and professional, throughout. He sent us photos, showing the rooftop work he did (Which goes a LONG way towards trust, since I'm not up there to see it), and his VERY fair price didn't change. (Another roofer had quoted much higher for the same job!). (Oh yeah--he didn't want a penny until the job was done!!!) Stephenson is the best roofers we've hired. And Stephenson bosses: give Nick a raise, and give everyone the same training Nick got (or have Nick train people)--he'll keep customers coming back to you!

Nick was great to work with. He was easy to get in touch with to fix the leaking in our flat roof row home. He, came out the next morning and fit us into his schedule the following day. Offered a 15yr guarantee and was clean and prompt. Definitely recommend.

We used Stephenson family roofing for our roof after dealing with many other companies that couldnâ t stop the leak. Stephenson family finally stopped our leak. Very reasonable prices and very nice.

All removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof was handled quickly and professionally. I am very appreciative of the cleanup efforts made to leave our home clear of debris. I recommended them to my coworker. They do good work but the communication was lacking, did not provide a receipt, and did not follow on that. Also, did not provide nor honor a warranty. They also stiffed me on the finders fee that did promise me.
