+ 0 moreFurniture didn’t look clean at all. I expected that steam cleaning isn’t just steam cleaning, but actual CLEANING so it looks in better shape than it started as!!

+ -1 moreI didn't see any good results. In spaces where there were like extra dirty spots they tried to tell me was worn. He didn't get the steps clean at all. It was four rooms and they advertised $99, it kind of ticked me off a little bit. The quality was iffy. They told me the same thing in her upstairs bedroom but she didn't use that room for ten years. I thought they were blowing smoke at me. They were responsive. They called me right back and all that stuff. I didn't really feel they were being that honest with me about the spots.

Description of Work: They did carpet cleaning service. They came and removed the carpets and paneling and left and never called me back.

Description of Work: Came out after a small flood in our basement. Throughly cleaned and sanitized. It was as if it never happened. They were very professonal and courteous. Now they clean my rugs on a regular basis

+ -1 moreThey did a good job and were really nice. It's hard to find people that are nice, courteous and respectful. It's was really good to experience! The price was also reasonable and affordable. They made sure they had the right equipment for tough spots. They also asked me to check their work to make sure I was satisfied.
