I paid $800 to have my airducts and dryer vent cleaned. It was a TERRIBLE experience. - There was dust and debris all over my home. - They broke my dryer vent - My vents were filthy following the cleaning - My family started feeling ill after the service and I decided to have another company review. They confirmed that the work was not completed correctly and that Stanley Steemer simply stirred up the dirt in my system. (Made complete sense since there was extreme levels of dirt and debris all over my home) In addition to their terrible work, the technicians left my HVAC filter lying on the ground & failed to turn my condenser back on following the service. They also left my system on 62 degrees. With temperatures in the 90's my home became very hot & I was under the impression that my system was damage and called a HVAC tech. They confirmed that the tech never turned on my compressor. I reached out to the company for a PARTIAL refund and they declined. Their only solution was for me to allow them back in to my home to finish the work. This company will NEVER be allowed to work in my home again.

The odor from our pets were all gone. They did a good job. The floors look beautiful. They are very professional. They knew what they had to do.

Did an excellent job. Will use them again next year.

I can't remember the price. I think there was just 1 guy to do the service. I would remember if something upset me.

Andre and his partner did a wonderful job. I'd forgotten what the original grout color was until it was cleaned and looking just like new.

The service was great. The house had a large dog in it, and the carpets were so clean after service that our leasing agent said she couldn't tell there was a dog.

They were very neat and clean. They did not mess up our house and our septic system. I would give A for everything.

They were great,they were really good, they're very clean and very courteous and they kept checking with me and telling me what they're gonna do and they would do it, it would be right perfect. They were very polite and professional and I don't want to say well dressed but they had a uniform, they were very clean themselves, they wore stuff in their feet and they would come back and evaluate their work before they ask me to look it over before they left, they're very conscientious I guess. They got a lot of work, it wasn't just one room and stairs, I have nothing to complain about, they were perfect.

Carpet had dirt spots after attempt cleaning. Had to be called back a second time. Beige carpet still did not appear to be totally cleaned. Tricky advertisement price to get in the door. Then once there, inside the home, they can't do steps or bedroom for quoted price.

They didn't clean it up sufficiently. The water was under my washer and dryer. |They also pressured me into purchasing additional services to clean my floor tile. I cannot recommend Stanley Steamer again. |

My experience was very dissatisfying. I think they may have saturated the carpet too much and all the stain retardant and scotch guard did not help any. They essentially ruined my carpet. I would not recommend this company to others.

They were really good. I used the local franchise, and a Russian guy came, and did a good job. My dog got sick and got lost with potty training, and there was this one spot, that would urinate in and all that. We told them which areas to clean more and they were thorough. They were professional, prompt, fast, and respectful of time.

The Stanley Steamer crew arrived on time. Before they started we went over exactly what it is we wanted cleaned. During this time they tried to up-sell. I thought they were a little pushy especially since we told them we were not interested and they kept on with the sales pitch. The actual cleaning job was done to my expectations. Not all the stains came out but we were told that they might not. The final price charged was $100 over the initial estimate. Sadly, I expected this as well and wasn't too concerned. Although up to this point my experience wasn't great, it wasn't bad either. It want until several days after they left that I discovered that they dumped the dirty, chemical laden, carpet water onto the lawn to the side of my driveway. Whatever was in that water killed all the grass. Now I have a unsightly brown patch in my lawn! Shame.

As I said above,they changed the price . None of the spots were removed. They were not professional and were rude. I can't say anything positive and I wouldn't tell anyone to use them, but you give them a high score which I can't understand.

They were on time, very professional and addressed all questions. They explained w/o being asked what process they were using to address hard to get out stains.

We wanted to get the pet smell out of our carpet after our dog died. I wasn't expecting miracles since the carpet is old and I'm not ready to replace it yet. They were on time, got all the dog smell out and got rid of the worst of the stains that were in the carpet. They were quick, professional and they did a better job than I expected for what carpet they had to work with. Would definitely use again.

They were fine. I used them and I had them come back because the first person, the guy was quick so it wasn't so hot and the second crew came and did a better job. To me the most important thing was customer service.

The team arrived on the time promised, surveyed the rooms, gave us a list of concerns about what might not get clean in advance and wanted to know if we wanted to proceed. We did, as then noted note everything came clean, but the carpets were a mess. Overall we were please with how the carpets came out, even though several things didn't get totally clean (an ink stain and a rust stain). All the furniture was moved and plastic protectors were put down to protect the legs. The hardwoods can out very nice, all the built up wax and cleaner was removed down to the original shine. The service appointment was set up on line, we had a confirmation call of the appointment a few days later (might have been the next business day, don't totally recall), the also called to confirm a few days prior to the appointment. The estimate online did not show an Angies Member discount, but when it was mentions upon their arrival, they did give us the discount. Overall given the shape the carpets were in, we were pleased with their work. Given the on line reservation system, I'm not sure which office actually serviced our location, but I'm fairly sure it was an office closer to Collegeville than Philadelphia...

Stanley Steemer were all right. They did what they said they would do.

They originally quoted a 4 hour block, but the service took less than 90 minutes. Everything clean, everything perfect. I use them for every cleaning.

They did a great job and spent extra time getting the sticky smell out. The house is a rental and the carpet had that basement smell.
