 + 0 moreThey were a really good outfit and what they did was something that Apple stores refuse to do with older computers. They were extremely helpful over the phone and in person. They are very patient with you if you don't know a lot about computers and managed to do a tricky thing very well.
Description of Work: They copied the hard drive of a very old Mac and transferred that information onto a brand new Mac that they sold me.

 + 0 moreI think it is around $25-$30, but it is worth it. They are very helpful. If I have any questions, they are just right around the corner, I can just drop in anytime and say that I have a problem, and they will explain it and tell me what to do, and that they have had that problem before and it's done. A lot of places, they will ask us to bring it in and see what they can do. Springboard Media takes care of it right away, and they are really good. In a way, I like them better than another bigger store, because they do have somewhat of a more personalized service. They are a smaller store and don’t have quite as many items, but the service is really good. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I go to Springboard Media for my computer needs. I just bought a new desktop computer, so I have been working on getting it set up and learning how to use it right. They have small workshops throughout the month in different centers which are free. They give an overview of various products and services that they have, and if we want to buy something, we can sign up for one on one workshops/training sessions that will teach us what we need to know. The last time I went there I attended training classes.
