 + -1 moreI had 4 previous quotes, Spader's was half of the lowest I had received from other companies. The quote process was also a lot less complicated. I explained what I wanted and received the quote online same day. He showed up on time and did an amazing job. If I hadn't been around to see all the work, I wouldn't have known what was involved and not a speck or dust anywhere!
Description of Work: I have a 2 bedroom condo, with 1 window in each room, so no cross ventilation... ceiling fans were my only hope. There was no existing light fixture in either room. Light switches in the rooms controlled an outlet. All new wiring had to be run through the ceilings. In the master, I had a second switch added and a fan hung. In the 2nd bedroom, I had a fan with a light hung and wired to the existing switch.
