I HAVE RATED THIS COMPANY BEFORE, BUT FEEL I NEED TO REFUTE HIS ANSWER TO MY REVIEW. I'LL TRY TO USE 3 & 4 LETTER WORDS SO JOSH CAN UNDERSTAND ME. ( REFUTE MEANS CHALLENGE , JOSH ) HE WAS IN MY HOME FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES, & WAS SHOWN THE TANK TO BE REPLACED. HE SEEMED OVERWHELMED WHEN HE SAW IT. ( OVERWHELMED MEANS CONFUSED & UNSURE, JOSH ) I ASKED HIM ABOUT COST & WHEN THE WORK COULD BE DONE. HE HAD NO ANSWER TO EITHER QUESTION. HE SAID HE WANTED TO CHECK THE WATER, AND ASKED ME IF I HAD A WATER BOTTLE. I FOUND ONE IN MY TRASH AND HE FILLED IT WITH WATER. HE THEN LEFT, BUT I NOTICED HE HAD LEFT THE BOTTLE IN MY SINK. I CALLED TO HIM OUTSIDE AND HE CAME BACK IN TO GET THE BOTTLE. HE SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME. WE SPOKE ONLY A FEW SENTENCES WHILE HE WAS IN MY HOME, AND SAYS I AM A BAD GUY. WHAT A JOKE. EVERYTHING WAS CORDIAL DURING HIS 5 MINUTES IN MY HOME. ( CORDIAL MEANS FRIENDLY & NICE , JOSH ) HE HAS NO REASON TO DETERMINE THE KIND OF PERSON I AM IN THE VERY SHORT TIME WE MET. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT PROBLEM I HAD WRITTEN ALL OVER ME. HE IS JUST BEING DISHONEST & TRYING TO MAKE AN EXCUSE FOR HIS VERY LIMITED ABILITY TO FIX MY PROBLEM, INSTEAD OF ADMITTING HE JUST CAN'T DO THE JOB. IF HE HAD BEEN A MAN INSTEAD OF A COWARD HE WOULD HAVE DONE THIS. I FEEL THAT SOME OF HIS GOOD REVIEWS COULD POSSIBLY BE PLANTS & AND NOT REAL, BUT THIS IS JUST MY OPINON. BEST OF LUCK IF YOU HIRE JOSH, I THINK YOU WILL NEED IT.I WOULD HAVE HAD SOME RESPECT FOR JOSH IF HE JUST TOLD ME ABOUT HIS ABILITIES.

I could not be more happy with this outfit. When I called to try and get an urgent appointment, the representative, Stacy, gave me an extensive amount of info on what they may or may not be able to do and could not have prepared me better for what might come next, including possible costs. She gave me an arrival window and called to follow-up during the day with timing updates. The technician, Mike, arrived on time and went straight to work. He finished quickly, did a thorough job in every way and was polite and professional throughout. On top of it all, the company beat their own price estimate, not the mention the estimates I'd received from two other companies. I'm just thrilled to have our heat and hot water back and can't thank them enough for helping us.

These guys know old houses. These guys know Pex. Josh came out to quote job. He thoroghly explored house and identified issues as well as solutions. Living in an old house, I interviewed many plumbers and Solution Based Plumbing & Heating "got it" right away. The implementation was excellent. These folks figured out existing plumbing configuration quickly, and were precise in cutting access way through walls and ceiling. I highly recommend these professionals.

Josh and Stacy were so professional in all aspects of the project which spanned 6-8 months. Our home had two failed septic systems which had to be pumped monthly. The home sits some 350' from the road and was situated in an area of our community where multiple agencies had to be involved in the planning, designing, engineering and approval. Josh took charge pressuring the entities to keep the process moving and now we have no more overflowing septic tanks. They were right there when changes needed to be made or question answered.

Josh and his team were professional, prompt, respectful of my family and home and very knowledgeable in their field. I have recommended Solution Based plumbing & Heating to friends, family and clients in the past and will continue to do so.

Josh and his crew were as delightful as one can be during a sewer collapse. I called the company on a Sunday night around 10PM and they picked up the phone, then spent about 25 minutes chatting about my issue and helping to calm me down. His crew was on site early the following morning. Through the course of our project, his crew was on time each morning, went to great lengths to keep my house and my hardwood floors clean and livable, and each person in his crew was professional, quiet, and polite. The job went fantastic with the exception of rain on freshly poured concrete, which Solution Based repaired at their own cost and time without batting an eyelash. I couldn't be happier with the work and the company and would highly recommend them (and have) to anyone who would ask.

Josh and his crew did an excellent job for me. This was no easy task. The job consisted of the demolition of two massive commercial boilers and hot water systems and installing two new boilers and two 100 gallon commercial hot water makers in 25-50 unit tenant occupied buildings. All of this needed to be done while still providing heat and hot water to the building and our tenants. Josh came in and did exactly what he promised and deliver us a job of the utmost quality and workmanship and materials.he was there when he said he would be and the job was done on time and within the budget. We were so pleased with his work that we kept him on the project and gave him not just one building to do. We gave him all the buildings to do. I couldn't be happier with the job and the company overall. When I need a boiler I call josh.

erviceWhen I got to work the sum pump was broken. I called Solution Based and they came out asap and we were up and running before I knew it. Great guys, respectful and fixed the problem. Couldn't ask for more than that. Kudos to you!

Our plumber Josh showed up a few minutes early. He was polite, prepared and knowledgeable. Josh gave us a price quote of "$900" I had two other plumbers come out to give a price quote, one was $1000 and the other was $1250. I have never been so pleased with a plumber of the customer service I have been provided with Solution Based Plumbing.

Our furnace stopped working completely. No power was getting to the unit and we had no idea what was happening. Our home warranty company referred us to Josh at Solution Based Plumbing and Heating. From the minute I contacted them, they were attentive and professional. Josh was able to come to our home within 24 hours when other companies told us it would be 24 to 36 hours. Stacy coordinated our meeting times and Josh was prompt. They came and assessed our problem and gave the solution to our warranty company. Although the company required a second opinion, we were very pleased with the service we received from Solution Based P&H. The second opinion came in very similar to theirs. The only reason we didn't use them was because the other company could schedule us in for the repair sooner than Josh (it was a weekend). Although we didnt use them, Stacy called me and checked to see if everything went ok with the other company! Who does that!!!!! They are top notch! My score would be 5 stars if they had actually performed the work.

CAME FOR ESTIMATE ON A WELL TANK & A NEW WATER SYSTEM. REALIZED EARLY THAT HE WOULD NOT BE CABLE OF DOING THE JOB. TALKED ALOT, BUT REALLY SAID VERY LITTLE. TOOK A WATER SAMPLE IN A DEER PARK PLASTIC BOTTLE. REALLY!!!! SAID HE WOULD GIVE ME TEST RESULTS, WHICH I KNEW WOULD NEVER HAPPEN, AND IT DIDN"T. SEEMED TO BE A PERSON OF VERY LIMITED SKILLS. MAYBE OK WITH VERY BASIC PLUMBING, BUT NOT ANY LARGE JOB. HE SHOULD HAVE SIMPLY TOLD ME THE JOB WAS TOO BIG FOR HIM, INSTEAD OF WASTING MY TIME. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN, THANKFULLY.
