They could have been more detail-oriented. They have very good rates. Responsiveness is good. They do a good job. They don't do deep cleaning but they do if you ask them and pay extra. They're good but not perfect.

After an initial consultation with Dominik, where he explained their standard of cleaning and methods, their cleaner came at the appointed time and performed marvelously. She cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. Dominik then reached back out after the service and asked for a performance review, criticisms, and whether any changes were required for future cleanings. This information was then incorporated into the next cleaning. My wife and I couldn't be happier and continue to use their service on a bi-weekly basis.

They didn't finish the job. They were here for two hours and we were told that they would come back to finish the work but never returned. They were unresponsive to emails after I attempted to remedy the situation stating that there must have been a miscommunication because I wanted them to complete the service but they never even bothered to email me back.
