Description of Work: Mudroom Remodel

Description of Work: I hired this contractor to install Windows . The owner Adam arrived at 7 and his workers arrived thereafter . Adam left at 930 to go to another job leaving his workers . The 2nd worker left at noon leaving the 3rd alone . He was supposed to caulk and show me how the Windows worked . I mentioned The caulking wasn't finished around the inside frame and he said it needed to be trimmed . They left the house very dirty and finger prints and the stickers on all the Windows . The first double hung United window I released to tilt out fell out right in my hands and the sashes shot up and locked 15 minutes after the third worker left . I called that someone needs to come back and fix the window that something wasn't right . He said he couldn't and told me to call Adam. I called Adam every 15 minutes for an hour and a half until the last call I was crying telling him that every window they installed came out and wouldn't go back in . He finally called and said he couldn't came back cause his truck was in the shop and the other guy was in west Chester on another job and sent me a YouTube video to fix it . He never returned the next day and sent his worker who proceeded to hammer the windows only to tell me they were damaged and left . I the received an email from Adam , not a phone call, telling me that I damaged the Windows trying to get them back in and that I would have to pay to get another window but he would install it for free. I stopped payment on the check . Please stay away from the contractor .
