+ 5 moreMy husband and I hired Dave and his team to finish our basement. Dave made the entire process easy and worked with us on spec’ing out finishes that fit within our budget. His on-site team were very professional, efficient, skilled, trustworthy, friendly.. which was very important as I was at home with my toddler during much of the finish work. The end result exceeded our expectations, so much so that we asked Dave and his team to custom design and build our laundry room and add a 4th bedroom/office on our 3rd floor. We highly recommend Simo Ayer for any home remodeling project.
