About us

If you have been looking for affordable moving companies for a small move, you just found one. Ship Smart specializes in small international and domestic moves travelling over 300 miles. "Small moves" are moves that are under the minimums of most moving companies (Under 2000 pounds), but too big to ship with parcel or postal services (Over 150 pounds). Our company started out moving high value items like fine art and antiques. As the volume of shipments grew, we were able to get better and better shipping rates. Combining discounted shipping rates with premium services from packing and crating companies, allowed us to transport household goods for less.
