Servpro Of Society Hill

Description of Work: We have used Servpro of Society Hill many different times. The first time was for mold remediation of our attic. We had another mold remediation company out that came out and very obviously were there to SELL. Chuck came out and pointed out that we had mold in the attic because we had a leaking roof. We fixed the roof instead of paying thousands for treatment we didn't need. That same trip he evaluated a mold issue in the basement and agreed it needed to be addressed. They performed the work for a good price and installed a high quality dehumidifer which instantly made the whole basement more comfortable. Later, when that dehumidifer had problems, Chuck did an excellent job of helping us out and didn't charge us for any additional time. Hurricane Irene was the straw that broke our sunporch's back. We called Chuck and he came out to deal with the wet ceiling. He contracted out the drywall which was extensive due to the 7 skylights. When there were issues with the size of the new windows the roofer installed, Chuck and the drywaller helped us work through them. Recently when a friends finished basement flooded due to her faulty water heater, I recommended Servpro. The came out either that day or the next and did a great job. She was very happy with them but only had them to the water clean up. She had the refnishing work done by a more handyman sort for a better price. Chuck at Servpro Society Hill is absolutely great and our go to guy when the need arises.
