 + -1 moreTHEY HAD TO RETURN A FEW TIMES TO REPLACE THE REVERSE VALVE, BUT IT SEEMED TO BE A FACTORY BASED PROBLEM. IT WORKS PERFECTLY NOW. THE MANAGER SPENT MORE THAN AN HOUR EXPLAINING THINGS TO ME. THEY ARE CAREFUL ABOUT HIRING PEOPLE WITH CLEAN RECORDS.
Description of Work: THE OLD HEAT PUMP WAS REMOVED, AND A NEW ONE INSTALLED. THEY ALSO HAULED AWAY THE OLD UNIT.
