I went very well. They communicated effectively. They were diligent. I'd hire them again and recommend them to anyone wanting their whole house cleaned at once.

I like that they send a crew of 3-4 people out. They do an excellent job on the hardwood floors. I don't like that they do a mediocre job in the bathrooms. Sometimes I feel like they skip over things.

I really enjoyed the ladies that came to my house, they were really friendly and very thorough. They even loved my cats and dog so much! Even though I was working from home, I felt comfortable having them in my home as they were so professional. Thanks so much Warren and the ladies of Scrub! cleaning. I won't be looking for another home cleaning service anytime soon! :)

They came in to do a first cleaning which cost more $. After that first cleaning we were mostly happy but gave feedback that they should focus on the beds more. The feedback was received and was better next time. It's been easy to communicate with Warren and I love filling out the survey after each cleaning. The cost is higher than some under the table style house cleaners I have hired. But that makes sense and I really wanted to make sure folks were getting paid well for the work. I appreciate how consistent they are. I would recommend them highly!

They are professional and quick! They do a great job. Warren is the best at communicating and getting in touch with you quickly.

When we sold our house, they went in and did the cleaning (floors, bathrooms) for new owners to take occupancy, and they did a really nice job.

Joy's team was quick! In and out in an hour! Each team member took a floor(I have a 3 floors which I wanted cleaned) When they were done my whole house looked and smelled fresh and clean!

Mother (in California) of daughter moving into an apartment in Phladelphia. As I gift I wanted to give her a great move-in cleaning since I couldn't be there to help her. So..... I contacted Warren on a Saturday and he and his wonderful crew,headed by Joy, did the job on the following Tuesday morning. Warren contacted me on the Saturday I called him, which surprised me and followed up on Sunday. That's great service and response time. My daughter is very pleased with the job Joy and her crew did and she definitely would use them again. Try Scrub! you won't be disappointed.........

Their work is fabulous. The clean the bathrooms amazingly. Windows are very sparkly. They have great communication.

They leave all the items on the furniture in their original place after dusting and cleaning. I have two large breed dogs and they work well with them running around from room to room. We have a 2300 sqft home and the pricing was the same as a smaller crew that took more time to clean.

From their scheduling to their professionalism, this is a well-run cleaning service. The crew is friendly without a lot of chitchat and they are efficient and effective. One does the vacuuming, one the bathrooms, one the kitchen, another does the dusting and general oversight. The finished result is better-than-average. Even the inside of the toaster oven is cleaned! Priced competitively, I would highly recommend them.

We used Scrub for a move out cleaning and for a belated move-in cleaning. In both instances, they did an excellent job for a fair price. The morning of the second cleaning, I went into labor and was unable to meet them or give any instructions. They still came in and took care of business (even dealt with some of the mess from my water breaking, which I'd say is above and beyond). We definitely intend to use them again.

From what I can tell, it's true that Warren is a nice guy so it's not easy for me to give him a poor review. I set up bi-weekly cleanings with Warren and that lasted 2 visits until I saw that I was never going to be happy with the quality of his cleaning even though he offers to come back to redo anything found unsatisfactory. I wasn't really interested in having to complain after each visit. I only wanted the job to be done correctly the first time. I have had the same cleaning service for 7 years (which ended when the business folded due to the owner's health), so I have a clear idea of what to expect. After Warren's first visit, I noticed that all of the furniture was still dusty. After I commented on this, he told me that they use a feather duster. I didn't really know the implication of this, but I realized that it just pushes the dust into the air so that it settles quickly again on the furniture. That is bad enough but there were still sections of many pieces of furniture that weren't even touched with the duster. I made a comment, but I found the same situation after the 2nd visit. Also after the first visit, I notices a significant amount of mold in the shower stall and hair in the tub. The shower stall wasn't even wet! (Warren claimed that he dried it after cleaning it. That sounded odd to me.) My wife returned home not knowing that Warren had cleaned the house. She didn't even notice. There wasn't even that "freshly-cleaned house" smell. Forlorn and against my better judgement, I gave Warren a 2nd chance. Same results. This time, I had to call him back to re-dust and re-mop the master bedroom which had clear marks from dirty mop water. Since this time, I hired another cleaning service for the same price. I held off of submitting a review for Warren until I got a feel for this new service. My thoughts are confirmed. This service is much better, so it wasn't just me with skewed standards or whatnot. Even if you happen to use Scrub! (Warren's company) and think you are happy, I recommend just trying another service to see what you are missing. I suspected that Warren would be the type of person who felt compelled to impugn my review by disparaging my character and saying such things like I generated "red flags" as if I were the problem and not his sub-par service. Though, I didn't think he insult the reader's intelligence by throwing up a smokescreen with a lot of insubstantial and impertinent details. Well, the bottom line is that I maintained good terms with a previous housekeeper for 7 years even though there were some issues over that time - all of which were resolved up until she was diagnosed with lung cancer. I also hired a cleaner after I fired Warren and I am quite satisfied with them. So, do you think that I am the problem? If you read Warren's reply carefully, you will notice that nowhere in it does he actually dispute what I said. Oh yes, there is indeed construction near my house, but I inspected his work within an hour of him leaving my home. Everything was already covered with dust and there were clear sections of several pieces of furniture that were not even touched. One would think that Warren might realize that his time would be better served by paying attention to the quality of his work rather than spending a lot of time writing baseless retorts to accurate reviews. Instead of digging in his heals and denying that he has a quality problem, why wouldn't he use my review as constructive criticism to improve your business? He doth protest too much, methinks. Ask yourself if you really want to deal with this type of attitude.

Warren and team are great. Honest, trustworthy and detailed. It's great walking into a freshly cleaned house after work. They are consistent and also great with my little dog Chloe. Happy I found them on Angie's List!

Warren and the scrub! team were absolutely phenomenal. After reading rave reviews and asking a co-worker who used their services, we decided to try them on a monthly basis. Our expectations were blown away by the level of service provided. Our home has never sparkled more and we decided to increase the service to twice a month. I highly recommend scrub with an A+

I have used them since 2008. They clean a 4,000 square foot home. The service is excellent. They use environmentally friendly products. They are thorough, nice to work with, and they are very trustworthy. They will even put change out where you can see it if they find it. They are a local company.

Friendly, efficient and very thorough at all times. We are very pleased with how clean and tidy our house is every tIme Warren and crew visit our home. Unlike many cleaning companies we have the same crew each clean which ensures consistency. They are pet friendly (we have two cats) and are very happy to accommodate requests for special attention such as cleaning the fridge or kitchen cupboards. As we are rarely at home when they clean our house, it is reassuring to know that Warren will always call with any questions or concerns or even if they just want to check something. We are very happy to trust them in coming into our home when we are not there.

The service from this company was outstanding. I set up an appointment for a 1 time cleaning 2 days prior, and they were able to accomodate me on short notice. They gave me an estimate of the cost of the phone, which was quite reasonable for the given number of rooms I have. The 3 ladies of the team were very courteous and were very thorough in cleaning my place (which is a condo), such that my place looks like new. I will likely use them again when it comes time for another spring cleaning (if not sooner).

We had a standard bi-weekly cleaning done. There was a crew of 3 cleaners. They did a GREAT quick job and are good with animals. They did a really good job with my hardwood floors. Also - they bring all their own cleaning supplies.

I have been using their services for a couple of years. I love them. They are great with the animals and I trust them in my home.

I've been using Scrub Cleaning for twice monthly cleanings for the past few months. They do a great job!

I am very pleased with Scrub cleaners. They were able to squeeze me in last minute on a Friday. My mother who was visiting for the weekend did not have a single word to say about my housekeeping. A team of three women arrived on time and prompty got to work tiding up my condo. I had to rush back to work before they were done but they did a lovely job. I hate scrubbing the shower stall and now I don't have to!
