+ 0 moreLeaking continued as did the rain, some minor repairs suggested repairs which were recommended by the contractor were completed by myself, and leaking continued. Our warranty is to be 15 year with 3 service calls. To date we have called about 10 times, spoke with persons twice and they told us that someone would come out yet no one has. Leaks continue and have required me to do several simple fixes myself.
Description of Work: We had a significant leak on our small lower roof and this contractor was the first to come out, within 48 hours of us calling. They gave us an estimate and required half pay up front, came back the next day and installed a new rubber roof, spread some tar around the perimeter and installed 2 gutters that come down from the main roof.
