Description of Work: I had new cement walkway blocks installed. The work was good and he was on time and cleaned up and removed the debris.

Description of Work: I had 6 sidewalk cement blocks replaced. They showed up the day before I scheduled because I was told it was expected to rain on that day and they couldn't do the work. I was unaware of the weather so I was glad they were on top of it. They roped off the area for the night so no one would walk on the new cement. They came back the next day to remove the barriers. They completed all the work while I was at work so I didn't actually meet any of the workmen. When the work was done my only concern was that the blocks are white and not a taupe/darker color like the neighbors. I am not an expert in cement so it never occurred to me to ask about the color being used. I am glad they are repaired.

+ -1 moreMy basement walls have been eroding and it didn't occur to me until after he had repointed. I had a flowerbed and apparently the basement was damp because water was coming through the basement walls from the flower bed. He repointed the porch and took out the flowerbed and cemented over where it was. Now there is no water coming into my basement it is perfectly dry. I had no idea. I really expected him to charge more and the price was very fair.
Description of Work: He did some repointing of my porch steps.
