epoxy flooring
+ -1 moreThe job Bob and Sahara Waterproofing done was excellent. He is a professional who cares about customer satisfaction and making sure that the work is done right the first time. He let us know what was involved in the process (it takes several days for and epoxy floor because of the layer needed), so there were several stages to the job. He was professional, courteous, and on time for every stage. I cannot recommend Bob and Sahara Waterproofing highly enough. The finished floor is beautiful-- clean, smooth, level, and dust-free. Our house was purchased as a "fixer-upper," so we've had several contractors work on it at different times over the years. No one has been better than Sahara Waterproofing. They have my highest recommendation, without reservation.
Description of Work: We had refiinished our basement, but the floor was a mess. The house is over 100 years old, and the basement floor was thin cement, cracked with dirt showing in some places. We contacted Bob at Sahara Waterproofing (he is the owner, and he is personally on the job every day). He responded immediately. We received an estimate the next day. He told us the next available date that he could schedule (which was within a week); he went "above and beyond" for us by pushing the date up as far he possibly could because we had furniture arriving, and we needed the basement floor done to avoid chaos in the house. He did it. He finished the job on budget and as scheduled. And the finished floor was beautiful.
