We had our main stack from an upstairs toilet power-rooted by this company due to a clog. They were recommended to me by a retired plumber I know. Three days later we heard some gurgling at the kitchen sink and the first floor toilet was now clogged. They did indeed return, under their warranty, to clean the main drain line to the sewer since their initial cleaning resulted in a clog further along the system. The back flow destroyed a rolled up carpet worth about $200. On the second visit they needed to clean the main drain to the street. However, they failed to place a bucket under the clean-out access and foul sewage water was forced out onto the basement floor and soaked some items that were stored there. A professional contractor routinely cleans up after their work is completed. They DID NOT! They also didn’t tell us about the mess. It made me wonder if they did it deliberately since they had to return a second time to fix a further drain issue that they created. I strongly recommend finding another company for your drain and sewer needs. He also runs Budget Plumbing.
