I gave Frank $100 deposit to put new compressor in. He NEVER came back. I even tipped his son $20 for checking my freon level.

Turns out there was a dead bird that fell down the chimney and was clogging the line with char. He removed bird, cleaned the chimney and added a cage around the top of the chimney to prevent future wildlife from getting down there. I have used Frank as my and quot;heater guyand quot; for years to do my heater servicing and happily refer him to friends and family. He is prompt, polite, well-priced, and very flexible in his schedule. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

He's very thorough and he makes the appointment, he does come out even though he's busy. The price is right. I use him all the time.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work which I received, as well as with the product which I purchased. Any heat pump system is only going to perform well if it is installed correctly. I had received less-expensive estimates, but for some reason, Roz impressed me as the person who would do the job the best - and I was 110% correct. There was not one little detail which he overlooked - right down to the proper size and installation of the air filters (which were not a standard size). This was the second time which I've had my heat pump system replaced in my home. I was well pleased with the first installation almost 25 years ago; however, that company was purchased by a larger conglomerate, and I chose not to do business with them again, now that the personal touch was missing. Roz is the owner of the business, and he and his son complete all of the work themselves. There is much to be said when the owner of the company is the person doing the work and overseeing the entire job. Again, I could not have been more pleased. I expect to get many years of service from my new system; however, whenever there should be a need to have it serviced, it is Roz's Heating and Air Conditioning who I will call again.

Frank has done the servicing on my heating and air conditioning and does a great job. Sometimes he is a little later than planned but he does a thorough job and takes the time to show you and explain everything that he does. His prices are the best around and he does a great job. In the past he has installed a high efficiency heater in my house as well.
