 + -1 moreThey put in the ice maker in the fridge for dirt cheap. I haven't had any problems. You can't even see the scratches. I spent a tiny bit of money for a 4 year warranty. They are constantly getting new things, and will even look for what you need. They have room after room of appliances. I highly, highly recommend them. You can get 50% or more off.
Description of Work: I bought a brand new refrigerator and an over.

Description of Work: I bought a "scratch and dent" gas range. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it! It was an open box item which I later saw at Sears for over $200.00 more at Sears. The best part of my experience was the when the men came to install it. They told me that they would not be able to get it flush against the wall because the electrical box was too far out. Then they figured out how to rewire it and moved it and didn't charge me anything extra! Now that's service! I didn't buy the extra warranty, but the range still comes with a year manufacturers warranty. Since I have an old refrigerator, I asked the delivery men if they would mind measuring my doorways to tell me how big a refrigerator I could fit through, and they told me a different measurement than I expected. They also gave me a great idea about an easy way to remove then replace the molding around a doorway which would solve my problem. Very helpful. The delivery and installation charges and hauling away of my old range added about $75 more to the price. Great value!

 + -1 moreTHEY REMOVED OUR OLD REFRIGERATOR AND INSTALLED THE WATER LINE QUICKLY. THE PRICE ON THIS FRIG WAS TERRIFIC BUT YOU HAVE TO SHOP AROUND BECAUSE OTHER APPLIANCES IN THE STORE SEEMED HIGH.
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT A GE PROFILE REFRIGERATOR IN THEIR ROBERT STEVENS SCRATCH AND DENT STORE. THE ONLY VISIBLE MARKS I CAN FIND ARE SMALL ON THE SIDE OF REFRIGERATOR.
