Description of Work: Bob supplied and installed a backup sump pump and battery DC backup. He had to drill a new hole in the floor for the back up sump pump. He was here when he promised and the system has worked beautifully. We've had no problems with it. We have used Bob for years. He had previously installed the primary sump pump and fixed our central airconditioning. The previous owner had both the compressor and air handler installed on the same circuit which caused our air conditioning unit to fail earlier than it should have. he figured the problem out. he also fixed a problem with our 3 zone heat. on one level the heat never worked right. he replaced both the zone valve and the thermostat at once because it had to be one of the two (which it was) and he said that would be cheaper to do both at once than have him come back for another house call. a few years ago we wanted to replace our 50 year old boiler so he came between heating and airconditioning season to be sure we were ready for the next winter.
