Description of Work: Trimmed 8 trees - left some limbs partially cut - when high winds came, the limbs came crashing down. One almost fell on a cement worker doing work on my place. Others have come down since. Cut down 4 trees leaving stumps - they wanted a lot more money to remove the stumps. Dropped the tree limbs onto the property instead of bringing them down by hoist/rope. Severely damaged 50 year old azaleas. Was told "oh they'll grow back over time". Dropped tree limbs on slate patio on which picnic table (which they moved) stood. Broke 8 pieces of thick slate and said he would replace them. Never did. Made many calls. Was totally ignored. Totally destroyed one garden where they cut down a tree and left the stump about 6 feet high. I have since used stump for decorative purposes. The dropped tree limbs made seriously "deep impressions" in the ground. He started to dig up earth I just had put in at the new retaining wall. I reprimanded him and he said he would come back with dirt and fill in all the damaged areas. He never came back. Took me 40 20 lb. bags of top soil to fill in what I could and then I had to order sifted top soil and finish the rest. Cut off one of two tree cables that were installed on our huge double poplar tree. One band alone cost $500.00. He said we didn't need it since he trimmed the tree. Wrong assumption !!! Had to have that cable replaced. Very condescending person. Made a mess of my property. Never repaired, replaced or reimbursed for damages done to property and never returned phone calls !!!
