RETRO MOVING

Description of Work: We had a relatively small move for my son to move into his house in Fishtown. My son did all the disassembly before they came, which was good since they had no tools. They did come on time. There were two willing workers and the man who owned the truck. They didn't appear to have a plan on loading the truck and in the end I ended up taking the tv in the back seat of my car. The house has very narrow stairways and they were not able to get some things where they should go, although they tried and they were left at a lower level for disassembly. When my son went to disassemble the dresser, he pulled out the top drawer and the bottom drawers fell down because the of internal damage. When I called the owner to report the damage and make a claim, first he made out that I was lying and then told me to go to the website to make a claim. The website has no ability for making a claim. I left an email but of course heard nothing. I doubt whether they really had insurance.
