Excellent.

Awful experience. After paying for a new roof, our daughters (10 months old) ceiling completely caved in after a storm. Thank god she was at daycare that day. Keep in kind this was after paying for an entire new roof. Don tried to fix (after his guys admitted about 5 things they may have done incorrectly) and after it leaked again he stopped returning calls. Had two contrActors look at it and say it was the worst roofing job they've ever seen. Me made a home owners claim and everything (our home owners insurance company is currently going after them) we have photo and video evidence of all of it. Stay far far away from Don, Joe and (dis)resptable roofing

I still have the same problem. They were supposed to repair a leak in the roof. The leak is worse. I called and they said they would come and fix it. No one has ever shown or called. They will not answer their phone. I am supposed to have a 15 year warranty. I went up to the office and talked to someone. They still have not showed up. They left a mess on the roof as there are little beads on it. Every time the wind blows I have to go out and sweep. I have called and called, no one will even talk to me much less come and and fix the work.

In late winter 2016 I noticed some shingles had fallen at the front of the house - south facing. In spring 2016 I contacted 3 companies and received 3 estimates all within the same ballpark figure. One contractor went about half way up his ladder. Another claimed he was on the roof when I was not home. And the third looked up and talked about the roof. I didn't feel confident with the 3 companies so I waited until the late summer to get another estimate. Don of Respectable Roofing came out, put up ladder, came down with photographs! When I asked him to prove they were photos of my house, he was able to do that. Don had me at the photos! We discussed the details of what needed to be done and what his crew would do - 16 items in all including new capping of wood on horizontal and vertical wood. We decided on the 3-dimensional slate color and the work began within a week. It took Don, Jo-Jo and Jo 2.5 days to complete. Clean up was performed daily. I highly recommend Respectable Roofing for any of your roofing needs. Roofing labor is expensive and these gentlemen absolutely earn every penny of their working day.

Had a very pleasant experience with Don and his crew a few months back. I called around and had a few estimates before finally deciding to go with respectable. There were estimates that came in a little lower but Don assured me the quality of the products and workmanship would make the difference well worth it. It took a while to write the review since i wanted to make sure the problem was fixed. after last nights torrential rain i'd say its all good. i would definitely recommend respectable roofing to family, friends and anyone who needs a new roof.

I called Respectable Roofing as my brother recommended them to me after he had such a pleasant experience when they installed his new roof back in February. I called on a Monday morning and spoke with Don (the owner) told him my issues and he went to my house that day. He took pictures of my roof, drew up a proposal and emailed everything to me while I was at work.. After discussing with my husband I called Don and he set up out install for that Wednesday. On the day of the install everything went great! The crew was nice and professional and left my house and surrounding property very clean. Our new roof looks great! The things I liked most about this company was the prompt service and the one point of contact throughout. Woudl definitely recommend them to family and friends.
