Description of Work: Provided repairs to one roof and replaced another.

Description of Work: This company has been great in helping to troubleshoot a roofing leak that I have had for some 15 years. I have had other estimates and work done by other companies that have not resolved the problem, they would come and throw some more material down. No other company has been able to pin-point and more important weren't as thoughtful about trying to pin-point the problem. The pricing is relative to the problem. We had one miss on an appointment, but I wasn't concerned, as a follow-up phone call resulted in a very professional apology and rescheduling. This company was also used by someone else I know based on recommendation and they were also very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They were the third roofers I called when water came through the kitchen ceiling, and the contractor who'd put in the bathroom directly above said the trouble wasn't from any leaks there and must be from a nearby roof. The other two roofers each gave me a price. The Reiter guys said they thought the roof was fine and the trouble was probably with the overflow outlet on the bathtub. Subsequent investigation proves them right. They also got out a ladder and looked at another area where a bit of water was seeping through a wall, and told me some caulk next to a window frame should fix the problem (and I'll do the caulking any day now). There was no charge for any of this. They're my roofers from now on!

Description of Work: We asked Reiter for an estimate on a new roof, as the current one is 15 years old and leaking. Their response was that nothing was wrong that patching and coating wouldn't fix. They did their work, we got the damaged plaster repaired, and then the roof leaked again. They came back, and it leaked again. They came back, and it is leaking again. They are prompt and professional in their manner, but either their judgement or workmanship is questionable. We're uncertain about calling them again.

Description of Work: I had a few little leaks and I needed 2 little roofs done. He suggested leaving the little roofs till after street construction was done. The leaks were fixed but 1 still leaked and the cost to fix the area was more then the original job cost so I declined to have it done now.

Description of Work: I thought a portion of the drain pipe connected to the gutter on the roof had blown off. I called Reiter Roofing to repair it. When they arrived, they found that the pipe had only slipped down. The roofer pushed it back up, and secured it at no charge. My roof is due to be coated next year. I will definitely call Reiter Roofing, and only Reiter Roofing for the job. Thanks Reiter Roofing.

Description of Work: Took forever to get back to me and then was put on an indefinite waiting list. I finally got the work done by another company who quoted me, scheduled me, stayed in touch with me and completed the work. The worse thing is I had used this company in the past. Although they wanted to give me a discount for waiting, I needed the leak repaired at my house and the discount wasn't as valuable as just getting it repaired.

Description of Work: I haven't worked with them yet but their customer service is excellent and they were very accommodating with scheduling the estimates..I'm looking forward to using their services
