Reiter Roofing is a second generation family business, providing roofing services to the Philadelphia area. We are fully insured and licensed with the City of Philadelphia, and most surrounding townships. We have a team that can help troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair or replace your roof. We have a fantastic reputation due to great service, quality work, and reasonable prices. We have developed a following of customers that have used our services for many years. These loyal customers include; realtors, contractors, management companies, synagogues, churches, and of course homeowners that trust us to take care of the place they call home. Our specialties include; flat roofing, slate roofs, and shingle roofs. We also provide custom sheet metal and carpentry related to roofing, as well as skylight installations. Description of Work: Our home was built in 1809. Evan took the time to explain the design of the roof and gutter system. He inspected the leaking area and made a clear recommendation verbally and in writing. All this happened within ten days. The metal polegutter had a few areas that were failing that needed attention; a quality metal caulk, fabric mesh, and tin paint. ( don't hold me to the details). He showed concern for matching the color of our roof with the tin paint color. Evan let me know when the work would begin, contacted me when the crew arrived and checked in upon completion. They were extremely neat, not a drop of paint could be found on the house facade or the ground below. Reiter Roofing provided a guarantee for their work including returning if the problem continued; all this was included in their price. Obviously they have confidence in their work. Let it rain!

Description of Work: The guys were really good. The only reason I'm not giving them an A is because they forgot and/or didn't know they were supposed to do one part of the job. The logistics of getting roofers to my house is a problem (my issue, not the roofers) so it was annoying with the second trip they had to make to my house. But, they were very responsive and attentive and the workers were respectful.

Description of Work: After a rainstorm, water was coming into a first floor window from the roof but behind the wall. Reiter came quickly, and fixed the problem . The service person said he would check on it during the week and to call immediately if we had a problem. Thank goodness we didn't have to call them. We would highly recommend them for any roof problems.

Description of Work: Installed new flat roof on row house. I have always found Reiter Roofing to be responsive and reliable. I assume the quality of their work is good; I didn't go up on the roof myself to check, and wouldn't know what to look for if I did. However, they installed my previous roof (in the 1990s) and it lasted pretty much as long as they said it would.

Description of Work: Reiter came out promptly as promised and provided an estimate. Once I accepted the estimate, I was told that I would be put on their schedule. I did not receive a date immediately; however once I was given an exact date, the workmen arrived promptly, actually came a bit early. New roof was installed, work was neat, no mess left behind. New roof seems fine (had a leak before); it is now dry and I am very satisfied.

Description of Work: I had a leak that I thought was coming from my neighbors house. Reiter Roofing came and did a complete evaluation and determined that the leak was, in fact, coming from my neighbors house. Description of Work: I called out Reiter Roofing to double check my main roof, which the folks that rehabbed the house and sold it to me had replaced. Turned out, they did it very wrong and my roof was destined to start leaking coming winter. They put together a very competitive package to re-seal and re-do roof drainage. I had a number of questions which I e-mailed and they promptly replied. They came out on a day I couldn't be there because of work and quickly did the work without a problem. I highly recommend Reiter Roofing.
